MOTORGEARBOX DISASSEMBLY
In the case that it was necessary to undergo a (partial or
total) revision, it will be necessary to dismount the gear-
motor from the machine. As this is known as an out of the
ordinary maintenance procedure, it is important that only
personnel with specific skills and experience undertake it.
It is also important that this procedure is undertaken in a
workshop that is adequately tooled. As well as normal
workshop tools it will be necessary to use special tools
that can be made (see special tools attachment) or may
be requested from the manufacturer.

To be able to produce these equipment refer to the pro-
duction drawings at the end of this manual.
In the following pages all the procedures for disassem-
bling and reassembling the gearmotor are given, it is
important to strictly adhere to them. Proceed with these
operations using all the necessary safety measures, like
for example:
1. Cutting off all the hydraulic system connections on
the gearmotor to avoid the introduction of any for-
eign bodies in the circuit and the gearmotor.
2. Making sure that the coupling surfaces are not dam-
aged.
3. Following the handling so as to be sure that there
are no risks for human safety and to guarantee the
reliability of the gearmotor.
4. Making available a work area that is in line with work
and health safety in the workplace guidelines.

ations. Numbers in brackets in the text correspond to
the references in the exploded view.
