76 Coil shorted
Cause: Anomaly detected in the relay coil
Solution: Control the integrity of relay support.
78 VACC not OK
Cause:
Solution: Usually it is a temporary anomaly due to a particular working condition. In case
the anomaly persists replace the inverter.
79 Incorrect start
Cause: Starting procedure not correct
Solution: Control the electric connections. Usually it is a temporary anomaly due to a
particular working condition. In case the anomaly persists replace the inverter.
86 Pedal wire KO
Cause:
Solution: Usually it is a temporary anomaly due to a particular working condition. In case
the anomaly persists replace the inverter.
93 Wrong set batt
Cause: With supply ON, the control test detected batteries not in conformity.
Solution: Replace the batteries with the original ones supplied by JLG.
94 Current sensor KO
Cause: Max current setup procedure active.
Solution: Contact JLG after sales dept.
99 Check up needed
