3.14 CHANGING THE ELECTRIC MOTOR
1. Stabilize and turn the machine on level ground at
90° (image 1).
2. Before beginning the maintenance check that the
machine is disconnected from the mains and unplug
the ignition key.
3. Remove casing (1).
4. Open cover engine wiring Electrical (7) mark the
position of the wires then disconnect and isolate it.
5. Unscrew the screws (2-6).
6. Remove the electrical motor and the joint (4-5).
7. Install the electrical motor (40 kg), and connect the
wires as shown in (image 3), screw the cover (7).
8. Tighten the screws (2-6), respectively, with copies of
torque of 40Nm and 22Nm.
NOTE: on lithium version to turn on the key.
9. Inspect from the fan side, the direction of the electri-
cal motor. If the electrical motor turning in CCW
change the position of the connectors as on (image
4).
10. Install cover (1) and test the machine.
