Remove the Valve ass’y (17).
Remove the bolt (29) and Endcover ass’y (36).
Don’t disassembly Endcover ass’y if not necessary. Don’t
disassembly Spindle / wheel ass’y if not necessary.
If Bearing (11) and Floating seal (8) are broken, please
replace whole the Spindle / wheel ass’y.
Reassenbly
Check all mating surfaces.
Replace any parts that have scratches or burrs that could
cause leakage. Clean all metal parts in clean solvent.
Blow-dry with air.
Do not wipe dry with paper towel because lint or other
matter can get in the hydraulic system and cause dam-
age.
Do not file or grind motor parts.
Note: Please replace all old seals with new seals and
lubricant all seals (prior to installation) with petroleum
such as Vaseline.
