IGNITION SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING
NO SPARK AT SPARK PLUG
•Check the engine oil level before troubleshooting.
Replace the engine stop switch /
combination switch.
Check the harness connecting the ignition
coil and the combination/the engine stop
switch for open or short circuit and for proper
connection.

Replace or repair the engine wire harness.
Check the engine stop/combination switch
.
Check continuity between the oil level switch
(If equipped) terminal and engine ground
. Replace the oil level switch.
