Gradient Blur filter applied

Parameters in the Inspector

Point 1: Sets the position of the start point of the gradient. Drag the Point 1 onscreen control
(the lower-left point) to adjust the X and Y position of the blur start point in the Canvas.

Point 2: Sets the position of the end point of the gradient. Drag the Point 2 onscreen control
(the upper-right point) to adjust the X and Y position of the blur end point in the Canvas.

Amount: Sets the radius of the blur.

Crop: Sets whether the object is cropped at its original boundaries.

Mix: Sets the percentage of the original image to be blended with the blurred image.

Publish OSC: Publishes the filter’s onscreen controls in Final Cut Pro X. For more information on

Prism

Blurs and refracts the image as if seen through a prism, creating a rainbow effect.

Amount: Sets the radius of the blur. Drag the arrow onscreen control inward and outward to
adjust the amount (and angle) of the blur in the Canvas.

Angle: Sets the angle of refraction. Drag the arrow onscreen control in an arc to adjust the
angle of the blur in the Canvas.

Crop: Sets whether the object is cropped at its original boundaries.

Mix: Sets the percentage of the original image to be blended with the blurred and
refracted image.
