6.

If the error is not cleared, contact your supplier for fur-

NOTE!

If the controller has failed, it is likely that it

was damaged by excessive voltage or noise.

Before replacing the controller, troubleshoot

for noise and ground loops.

H/W Gain or Offset Failure

If the controller displays H/W GAIN FAILURE or
H/W OFFSET FAILURE:

1.

Acknowledge the alarm.

2.

If the error message remains, turn the power to the

3.

If the H/W Gain error is reported, remove any connec-
tions to the 5V

the controller. If this corrects the problem, there was
an error in the wiring. You may need to consult tech-
nical support to determine the correct wiring.

Keys Do Not Respond

If the CLS200 seems to function but the

MAN/AUTO, CHNG

SP, ALARM ACK, and RAMP/SOAK keys do not respond when
you press them, the keypad is probably locked. Unlock the
keypad according to the instructions in Keyboard Lock Sta-
tus on page 78
.
