Description Configures the name of the timezone for local time.
It must be three or more characters long and must not contain a leading colon, embedded digits,
commas, nor plus and minus signs.

Description Configures the offset from UTC for local time. The time is always stored internally as UTC, but this setting
will control how the time is displayed.
This parameter is in the format of +/-xx:yy, where xx:yy is the hours and minutes offset from UTC.
