Description Clears all data from the Serial 1 (UART1) buffers.
When issued after a serial-assert xoff, any data in the serial buffer will be cleared.

The clear-buf command will not clear all the output data pending for the SPI port. Any
data queued for the next output transaction, prior to the command being issued, will be
sent.
Use of the –p1 suffix is optional.
