Displaying variables
Permanent variables display: Instead of the NC source block, the
simulation shows four “selected variables” below the simulation
window.
Select the variables:
U
Select Debug > Display variables > Set display: The simulation
opens the “Selection of display” dialog box.

Setting the variable type and variable number
Activate the variable display:
U
Use “Debug > Variables/Source block” to set the variables display
Select the variables:
U
Select “Debug > Display variables > Reset display”: The simulation
removes the selected variables.
Display # variables in the dialog box:
U
Select “Debug > Variables display > All # variables.” The simulation
displays the variables in the “# variables“ dialog box.
Navigating within the dialog box:
U
Cursor up/down or PgUp/PgDn
Display V variables in the dialog box:
U
Select “Debug > Display variables > All V variables”: The simulation
opens the “V display” dialog box for the following input:
Variable type
Number of the first variable to be displayed
U
The simulation displays the variables in the “V variables“ dialog box.
