The V5 byte is allocated to indicate the content of the VC path, including
the status of the mapped payloads.
For HOP OH RX tab only:

Enable LP-PLM/LP-UNEQ (Low Order Path - Payload Label Mismatch /
Unequipped): Allows enabling the Signal Label Mismatch for the
expected message defined.
