DEBUG DOT1X
Syntax
debug dot1x all|event|nsm|packet|timer
no debug dot1x all|event|nsm|packet|timer
Parameters
dot1x Indicates the debugging is turned on for 802.1x protocol
parameters. Choose from the following:
all Turns on all 802.1x parameters for debugging.
event Turns on 802.1x events for debugging.
nsm Turns on 802.1x NSM information for debugging.
packet Turns on 802.1x packets for debugging.
timer Turns on 802.1x timer for debugging.
Description
Use the DEBUG DOT1X command to debug the 802.1x protocol
parameters. Use the no form of this command to turn off one component
of debugging.

Examples
The following command turns on debugging on all of the 802.1x
parameters:
switch#debug dot1x all
The following command turns on debugging of the 802.1x protocol timer:
switch#debug dot1x timer
The following command turns off debugging of 802.1x packets:
switch#no debug dot1x packet
