17.9 Send Message +CMGS
17.9.1 Description
This command allows the user application to send short messages to the network.
The text can contain all existing characters except and (ASCII
27).This command can be aborted using the character when entering text.
In PDU mode, only hexadecimal characters are used ("0"…"9","A"…"F").
17.9.2 Syntax
• In text mode:
