A Startup Delay is inserted between various tests in the
Auto
and
Step
sequences. The Startup Delay is performed after the DUT Outlet has
been set in the correct state for the next test to be performed. The Startup
Delay allows the device being tested to reach a steady state after a
change in Outlet Polarity or a change from a power-off state to a power-
on state. The Startup Delay is used with equipment that requires time
after power-up to reach the condition under which it will be tested.
