The Fluke Biomedical-specified keyboards do not have a separate numeric keypad but have
a second function (Fn) key that makes the Num Lock appear to always be active. Although
not labeled on the Fluke Biomedical-specified keyboards, the following keys are mapped to
the characters shown.

Note: The function keys for the divide operation and decimal separator, and the Del
key, do not produce the correct or desired character in all language versions.
What Is a Barcode Keyboard Wedge?
A barcode keyboard wedge is a device that decodes the signals produced by a barcode
scanner and generates keyboard codes from these signals. The 601PRO interprets the
keyboard codes as data that was typed on an external keyboard.
Before using a barcode scanner with the 601PRO, follow the steps below to verify that it is
connected properly.
