follows: The order, number, and size of each field and record are
fixed.
⇒ The Control Number must contain at least one character. The Test
Standard must contain a valid entry. All other fields may be empty.
⇒ Valid Classes are I, (space)I, II, or IP.
⇒ Valid Types and Lead Types are B, BF, CF, T and F.
