The limit value and the class/type designations will vary depending on the currently
selected test standard.
The following test conditions apply:
⇒ Mains supply to DUT L1 and L2 Open
⇒ DUT L1 and L2 shorted together
⇒ 110% of mains voltage is applied between L1, L2 and Earth at the DUT
outlet.
To perform an Equivalent Device Leakage test:
• From the
MAIN MENU
, or with the outlet unpowered, plug the DUT into the
601PRO front panel outlet, and turn on the device.
• Press the
/
shortcut key
. The
Equivalent Device Leakage
test is displayed:

• Press
START TEST (SOFT KEY 1)
to begin the test.
WARNING:
High voltage is present at the DUT terminals while measurements are
being taken.
• Press the
print data
key to generate a printout of the latest measurement.
To perform a calibration from the
Equivalent Device Leakage
test, press
CALIBRATE (SOFT KEY 2)
.
• Disconnect ALL patient leads, test leads, and DUT outlet connections.
• Press
CAL
to begin calibration, as shown
