Test Principle: VDE, Equivalent Patient Leakage

Function:

Measures the current that flows between the applied part terminals of the DUT to the PE, mains supply

conductors L1 and L2, and exposed conductive parts of the DUT in response to an isolated AC voltage

source with a magnitude of at least 110% of mains voltage.
