2. Errors and Suggested Corrective Actions

Follow the suggested corrective action for errors in the range of 0A00-1900. If the error

persists, you should collect as much information as possible about what you were doing at the

time of the error, and contact Fluke Biomedical or your local Service Center to report the

problem.

No Test. Results storage
full. Delete old.

Delete some stored results to make room for new ones. Refer to
Chapter 5.

Printer timeout. Print
buffer full.

You need to have a printer enabled and connected. Refer to
Chapter 2.

Device Record Format is
invalid.

Review the format of the data being transmitted to the 601PRO.
Refer to Chapter 6.

Serial Port timeout.
Cannot transmit.

Verify that you are using the correct serial cable, that it is properly
connected, and that the communications parameters are correctly
set-up on both the PC and the 601. Refer to Chapter 6.

2100

Cannot delete all Device
information until all test
results have been deleted.

Delete all test results. Refer to Chapter 5.

Note:

If a connection to

Mains Earth

is provided by means other than through the

line cord earth conductor (such as through a serial port or parallel port ground
connection), the 601PRO will not detect an Open Earth Error as part of the
outlet test that occurs upon power-up.
