Notes:

Changing YA[4] resets the position sensor thus resetting the homing position.
Changing YA[5] does not change PY. It only defines in which direction future

encoder pulses will be counted.

SimplIQ difference: Encoder output is only available for quadrature Main

encoder.

SimplIQ difference: OC[N] runs correctly regardless of the YA[4] state.
