Personal IVR PIN Menu
The following figure describes the PIN Menu. From IVR Main, press number 1 on
your phone keypad to enter the PIN Menu. This menu allows you to change the
PIN used to authenticate with your voicemail system, web phone, and personal
IVR system.

Personal IVR Call Forward & Blacklist
The following figure describes the Call Forward & Blacklist Menu. From IVR
Main, press number 2 on your phone keypad to enter the Call Forward &
Blacklist Menu. This menu allows you to enable the Do Not Disturb, Blind
Forward, Busy Forward, No Answer Forward, After Office Hours (forward)
and Blacklist functions. You can also specify the telephone extension you want
your calls forwarded to or alternatively you can choose to forward calls to your
voicemail.
