1. Basic System Functionality
a) Select between Process Sequencing and process Non-sequencing.
b) Invoke the Test Mode.
c) Invoke the manual mode.
d) Set up host port communications.

e) Set LCD bias/contrast.
f) Set unit time/date.

h) Configure FILM, PROCESS, and MAP parameters.

2. Working Process Functionality
a) Runtime Screen, STATUS key & screens: Alternate Runtime, indexer & channel screens.
b) Select Crystal sensor.

c) Power supply control.
1) Power supply connections.
d) Adjust power level manually (in manual mode).
e) Input card control.
f) Output card control.
g) Select and Run an I/O program.
h) Write an I/O program.

3. Memory
a) Purge the user programmed memory.
b) Set user programmed memory to factory settings.

e) Checksums of user programmed parameters.
4. Additional Process Parameters
a) View or program I/O programming.
b) View process accounting history.
5. Essential Hardware and Programmed Parameters, Error Conditions
a) Missing or failed Source Sensor Card.
b) Minimum parameter values in non-sequencing mode.
c) Minimum parameter values in sequencing mode.
d) Input/Output card setup.
e) Memory module/memory module interface card setup.
