OUTPUT Settings
The procedure used to set the LIMITS is explained as
follows.
1
Select [LIMITS] from [OUT1] or [OUT2] on the
program mode screen.
The screen appears for setting the tolerance.
2
Select [UPPER LIMIT].
3
Specify the value for [UPPER LIMIT] and
press the [ENTER] button.
The change of the upper limit is fixed.
4
Select [LOWER LIMIT].
Set the lower limit in the same manner.
The processes performed on the measured value
such as averaging, offsetting, and calibrating are
referred to as OUT settings. Each process can be
set in OUT1 and OUT2 independently.
This section describes the OUT settings common
to the displacement mode and profile mode.
Refer to "OUT Settings" (page 3-10) for the
functions unique to the displacement mode.
Refer to "OUT Settings" (page 4-12) for the
functions unique to the profile mode.
Acceptability of the measured value can be
determined. The range of measured value for this
judgment is called limits.
Set the upper and lower limits.
The relationship between the criteria of HI, GO, and
LO range and the measured value is shown below.
If the measured value is out of the tolerance range,
indications appear as follows.
