Parameter format (Format of )
Parameter format is length fixed and consists of a positive or negative code symbol and numerals of 6
characters.
The example of a parameter is shown below. It has no decimal point. The parameter is right-aligned.
This section describes the details of incoming commands and the response commands that are sent after the
incoming commands are properly processed.
Refer to “Outline of Command Format” (page 8-3) for error response command. Refer to “Timing Chart”
(page 8-16) for response delay time of the response command.
Light intensity level setting
Sets the light intensity level.
Tolerance upper/lower limit setting
Sets the upper and lower limits of the tolerance for the output which is specified by the OUTPUT number.
Change run mode/measurement
Changes the run mode and the measurement specified in OUT1 and OUT2 at the same time.
