Keylock Function
This feature disables the handheld console,
preventing unauthorized operation.
The keylock mode is retained even if the power is
turned off or the program number is changed.
The keylock function can be operated by using
following means:
• Remote control console
• RS-232C
Remote control console
Press the [ESCAPE] button and the [ZERO] button for
five seconds at the same time to enter the [LOCK]
(keylock) mode. In the [LOCK] mode, any operation
other than canceling the keylock mode cannot be
performed. To cancel the keylock mode, press the
[ESCAPE] button and the [ZERO] button for five
seconds at the same time. When the keylock function
is enabled, the "LOCK" display appears on the
screen.
RS-232C
You can send the command by using the RS-232C
interface to set or cancel the Keylock function.
Refer to "Chapter 8 RS-232C" (page 8-1) for the
commands.
