Program Change
External I/O terminal
You can select the program No. by using the [P1] to
[P3] input terminals and the [COM2] terminal.
Refer to "Chapter 7 I/O Terminal" (page 7-1) for
the external I/O terminal to be used.
RS-232C
You can send the command by using the RS-232C
interface to select the program No.
Refer to "Chapter 8 RS-232C" (page 8-1) for the
commands.
You can register a set of parameters as a program
to perform measurement. The measurement
conditions can easily be changed by switching
the program from one to another. This section
describes how to switch the programs.
"Chapter 2 Basic Operations" (page 2-1)
The Program Change function can be operated by
using following means:
• Remote control console
• External I/O terminal
• RS-232C interface
The operation method that can be employed to
switch the program varies depending on the "P-
SELECT" setting in the environment settings.
Refer to "Items that can be set" (page 6-6) for
environment settings.
Remote control console
The procedure used to change the program by using
the remote control console is explained as follows.

Press the [PROGRAM No.] button on the
remote control console on the measurement
screen or on the light intensity screen.
The screen appears for changing the program.

Select the program No. by using the [
▲] and
[ ▼] buttons and press the [ENTER] button.
The program No. change is fixed.
