Slant adjust
If the trend graph is slanted, the displacement might not
be measured correctly. In such a case, the slant
adjustment function makes it possible to measure
properly.
The slant adjustment procedure is explained as
follows.
1
Press the [PAUSE] button on the remote
control console.
The update of the graph display is retained and
two vertical cursors appear.
2
Place the two vertical cursors on any
positions.
Refer to "Measuring any point or the
differential between two points" (page 3-9) for
the operation of vertical cursors.
3
Press the [ENTER] button.
The slant is corrected.
4
Move the vertical cursors and measure any
point or the differential between any two points.
The pause screen stops the update of a trend
graph. You can measure the displacement of any
point or perform slant adjustment of a graph on
the pause screen.
This section describes the functions of the pause
screen.
There are three functions in the pause screen.
• Measuring any point on the trend graph
• Calculating the differential between the values of
any two points
• Correcting the slant of the trend graph
• On the pause screen, only the trend graph display
is retained and the measured value and the image
of the measurement target is continuously
displayed.
