Scanning change time (T3)
The scanning change time (T3), which is a duration to change the scanning settings such as scan
width/interval, measurement center, or FINE mode, is as follows.
The scanning change time (T3) = Sampling cycle before the change (T2) + (Sampling cycle after the change
(T2)
÷ 2) + 170 [ms]
Profile output time (When Profile output is ON) (T6)
Minimum input time
