OPTIONAL Settings
Profile mode
The image is focused based on the reference
distance or on the profile waveform that is measured.
GRAPH DISPLAY
Displays the following graph when the GRAPH
DISPLAY is [ON].
SCROLL
You can select the scrolling speed of the trend graph
in the displacement mode from three options.
• HIGH • MID • LOW
DIGITS
Specifies the number of digits after the decimal point
of the measured value to be displayed.
When the area is measured in the profile mode, "0"s
are displayed for the one's and ten's place of the
measured value. The number of digits to be
displayed is not changed.
The number of digits after the decimal point to be
displayed/hidden that is specified here is reflected in
the analog output and binary output.

Displays all of the decimals.
1-DIGIT
Hides the last decimal digit.
2-DIGITS
Hides the last two decimal digits.

CENT FIX
The position of the reference distance is in focus.
MAX DISP
The position of the maximum displacement is in
focus.
MIN DISP
The position of the minimum displacement value
is in focus.
AVE DISP
The position of the average displacement value
is in focus.
This section describes the optional settings
common to the displacement mode and profile
mode.
Specifies the items related to the display.
The following items can be set:
• CAMERA IMAGE
: Sets whether to show or hide
the camera image.
• FOCUS
: Sets on which point the
image is focused.
• GRAPH DISPLAY
: Sets whether to display the
measured value as a graph.
• SCROLL
: Sets the scrolling speed of
the trend graph in the
displacement mode.
• DIGITS
:
Specifies the minimum
number of digits that are to
be hidden.
• DISPLAY UNIT
: Sets display unit µm or mil.
The LT-9001/LT-9010 and LT-9001SO (5653)/LT-9030
have no camera image function and focus function.
CAMERA IMAGE
Sets whether to show or hide the camera image.
FOCUS
Sets on which point the image is focused.
Displacement mode
The image is focused based on the reference
distance or on the target surface 1. If [ON] is
selected for scanning width, either scanning width of
maximum, minimum, or average can be selected. If
[OFF] is selected for scanning width, the image is
focused on the displacement position regardless of
maximum, minimum, and average.
ON
Shows the camera image.
OFF
Hides the camera image.
