Outputting Measured Values by Using External
Synchronization
This section describes how to synchronize the measured value with the measurement performed by the
commands from the input terminal (TIMING input) and output it from the RS-232C interface.
This method does not use any incoming commands so it is used when the measured value is only
imported or when the unit is connected to the device that cannot send the command, such as a data
logger.
Outputting the measured value and changing the settings by using the command are possible even when the
measured value output with external synchronization is in use.
Avoid triggering the next measured value while the current measured value is being output via RS-232C. That
next measured value will not be output under these conditions.
Sets the environment settings as follows.
Refer to “RS-232C Interface (page 6-5)” for the environment settings.
Outputs the measured value fixed by the external synchronization (TIMING input).
Output contents differ depending on the D-MODE setting as shown below.
