Identifying Part Names and Functions of Screens
This section identifies the part names and describes the functions of the
measurement screen and light intensity screen.
Identifying part names and functions of the measurement screen.
1. Display of measured value
Displays a measured value. You can select single or double display of
OUT1/OUT2.When you select single display, the judgment is displayed.
2. Mode display
Displays the program number (P 0 to 7), profile/displacement mode and
run/program mode.
3. Menu display
Displays the respective menus.
4. Area settings display
Displays how the point data in an area is calculated (such as maximum value,
minimum value, and average).
5. Area settings display bar
Displays the range of Area 1 and Area 2.
6. Profile graph display
Displays the shape of the target. The upper and lower limits of the vertical axis
can be arbitrarily set. The horizontal axis is restricted within the range of the
microscope that is on the measuring unit.
7. Measurement target position display bar
The average positions of the point data in Area 1 and Area 2 are displayed as a
light blue line. The upper and lower limits are displayed as a white line. The
display range of the display bar is the same as the measurement range of the
measuring unit.
8. Area 1
This is the range in which the green vertical cursor appears. The point data in this
area can be calculated for maximum value, minimum value, average value and so on.
9. Area 2
This is the range in which the blue vertical cursor appears. The point data can be
calculated as in Area 1.
10. Scanning width cursor
Displays the scanning width.
