Hold Function
You can freeze the measured value on the display.
Maximum value and minimum value can also be
measured by using the hold function in
combination with the measurement mode.
The type of measured value that is retained with the
holding function varies depending on the
measurement mode.
"HOLD MODE" (page 5-9)
• The hold function retains only the display of the
measured value. The graph is continuously
displayed even if the hold function is enabled.
• On the pause screen, only the graph display is
retained and the measured value is continuously
displayed.
"Pause Screen" (page 4-10)
The hold function is enabled or disabled in OUT1 and
OUT2 at the same time.
It cannot be enabled or disabled in OUT1 or OUT2
independently.
The hold function can be operated by using the
following means:
• Remote control console
• External I/O terminal
• RS-232C
Remote control console
If you press the [HOLD] button on the remote control
console, the measured value is retained. If you press the
[HOLD] button again, the hold function is canceled.
When the hold function is enabled, the measured value is
retained and the "HOLD" display appears on the screen.
If you press the [ESCAPE] button while the hold
function is enabled, the measured value is reset.
