This section identifies the part names and describes the functions of the
measurement screen and the light intensity screen.

1 Display of measured value
Displays a measured value. You can select single or double display of OUT1/OUT2.
When you select single display, the judgment result is displayed.
2 Mode display
Displays the program number (P 0 to 7), displacement/profile mode and
run/program mode.
3 Menu display
Displays the respective menus.
4 Light intensity graph display bar
Displays the measurement target surface (only target surface 1). The light
intensity level is displayed as a white line.
5 Scanning settings display bar
Displays the scan width with the bar graph in gray. The light intensity level is
displayed as a white line.
6 Trend graph display
Displays the displacement change in the graph, which takes the horizontal axis
as time and the vertical axis as displacement. You can change the scroll speed
using the horizontal axis. The upper and lower limits, which are set in the vertical
axis, can be changed.
7 Measurement target position display bar
The position of the measurement target surface is displayed as a light blue line.
The thickness of a transparent object and the
Δ slant is displayed as a light blue
bar. When the displacement is measured, the upper and lower limits of the trend
graph will be displayed as a white line. The display range of the display bar is the
measurement range of the measuring unit.
