How to Set U

p Partitions for Slave Routers

Slave routers cannot be configured separately, instead all configurations set in the master router are
automatically copied to the slave router. To change a slave router, changes must be made in the
master router, which are then copied to the slave routers.

1 Launch UniConfig. (See

Launching UniConfig

on page 9.)

2 Select a control card on the router acting as the slave router. (See

Selecting a Control Card

on

page 10.)

3 From the menu bar, select ‘Windows > Configuration’. The ‘Configuration’ window appears

displaying an ‘Expansion’ section:

4 Click

Read All

. The ‘Configuration’ window populates with the current router configuration and

Ethernet settings.
