Verification Function
This section describes the functions of the DV-90 that determine how the DV-90 interprets the scanned data for
OK, NG, and Err output.
The DV-90 has the following functions:
•Normal verification
⇒
refer to 4-4
•Active verification
⇒
refer to 4-13
•Step verification
⇒
refer to 4-17
•3-Point-A verification
⇒
refer to 4-21
•3-point-B verification
⇒
refer to 4-28
•2-point verification
⇒
refer to 4-34
These functions are used to compare and verify registered data with the data that the DV-90 reads,
and the results are output as matched/unmatched. The DV-90 holds up to 900 master data items.
The results can be output in parallel transmission. The DV-90 can output the number that corre-
sponds to the matched master data in bits, binary digits or BCD from the parallel output.
• Master table
The fields in the Master table include the Record number, Output number, Input port limit, Refer-
ence data, and Master data 1 to 3.
• Record number
This is the register number for the master data.
• Output number
This is the number used for outputting the results to external devices after comparing the read data
with the master data. Choose from three formats: bits, binary digits or BCD. (
Refer to 6-7)
• Input port limit
This specifies whether to limit the input port to either PORT1 or PORT2, or to activate both ports
(ALL). (
Refer to 5-7)
