5-6 Data Editing in the Preset Mode
Setting the Verify Limit

Display the data detail screen.
Perform Step 1, 2, and 3 of “Displaying the Master
Data to Be Edited ”.

Move to the edit mode.
Press the key. The cursor appears.

Set the verify limit.
Select “Digit” by pressing the or key, and
then press the key.

Set the Limit Direction, Limit Start and
Limit Digits.
Press the key and then press the key.
(1) Set the Limit Direction.
Press the or key to select the limit
direction.
• Forward ......... Starts the Verify Limit from
the top of the digit string.
• Reverse.......... Starts the Verify Limit from
the end of the digit string.
(2) Specify the Limit Start.
Press the key, and then press the or
key to specify the start digit.
(3) Specify the Limit Digits.
Press the key, and then press the or
key to specify the limit digits.
(4) Fix the settings.
Press the key.
Note When the master data is not registered, “Digit” cannot be set.
