When the record field is displayed in red

„ Registering the master data using “!” and “?”.

When inputting the master data, using “!” and “?” enables verification of specified digits only.
? ………. • Used as a substitute for a one-digit character.

• When the master data is entered as “4912??56”, the two “??” can be used to represent

any characters can fit in the two digits to be judged as Verify OK.

! ………. • Used as a substitute for a character in a character string exceeding 0 digits.

• When the master data is entered as “4912!”, all data starting with “4912” is judged as

Verify OK. In the same way, when the master data is entered as “!4912”, all data end-
ing with “4912” is judged as Verify OK.

On the “Master Data Setting” screen, the windows can be displayed as a full screen. How-
ever, the buttons for other setting screens are disabled when the window is maximized.

Note

In 3Point-A / 3Point-B verification, the record field is displayed in red unless data is input for
all of Master data 1 to 3. Be sure to enter data in Master data 1 through 3 at the time of
3Point-A / 3Point-B verification.

Only one “!” can be used in one master data.
