5-6 Data Editing in the Preset Mode

Set the Limit Direction, Limit Start, and
Date Compare.
Display “Digit Specify” by pressing the
key,
and then press the
key.
The cursor appears.
(1) Set the limit direction.
Press the
or
key to select the limit
direction.
• Forward ......... Starts the Verify Limit from
the top of the digit string.
• Reverse.......... Starts the Verify Limit from
the end of the digit string.
(2) Specify the start digit.
Press the
key, and then press the
or
key to specify the start digit.
(3) Set the Compare Logic.
Press the
key twice, and specify the Date
Compare by pressing the
or
key.
• “=”......... Equals (Current Date) + (mas-
ter data)
• “<”......... Smaller than (Current Date) +
(master data).
• “>”......... Larger than (Current Date) +
(master data).
• “<=” ...... Equal to or smaller than (Cur-
rent Date) + (master data).
• “>=” ...... Equal to or larger than (Cur-
rent Date) + (master data).
(4) Set changes.
Press the
key.

Set the detail screen.
Press the
key.
The record number indicator LEDs stop flashing.

Exit the preset mode.
Press the
key.
Setting of the Date Compare is completed.
Note
When “Date Compare” is specified for “Designation”, the number of the valid digits is fixed
to 6.
