1.4 Functional range and variants
Prepared solutions essentially comprise a variety of files which provide users with a basis for
their applications (the files used will vary depending on the application in question). Two
variants of prepared solutions are available: In the parameterisable variant, the prepared
solution reduces installation and start-up times to an absolute minimum with predefined
interfaces and functions. The programmable variant provides an ideal platform for flexible
adaptations to specific customer requirements. Corresponding control and status interfaces are
available in accordance with whether the user is working with the parameterisable or the
programmable variant.
