An error occurred whilst calculating
the motion profile for the new cutting
length. Check the status message for the corresponding
calculation block in code C3661
(g_nCrossCutterCalcStateCuttingProfile) and rectify
the error in accordance with the information in the
status message.
504 ErrorCalc
RejectProfile
An error occurred whilst calculating
the motion profile for the new reject
length. Check the status message for the corresponding
calculation block in code C3662
(g_nCrossCutterCalcStateRejectProfile) and rectify
the error in accordance with the information in the
status message.

TestProfile
An error occurred whilst calculating
the motion profile for the new test
length. Check the status message for the corresponding
calculation block in code C3663

The number of cycles permitted
without a mark signal appearing in the
mark window has been exceeded. A
warning signal is being generated.
Check the reason why no print marks have appeared
in the window.
Possible causes:
• Print-mark sensor faulty
• The mark window is too small.
• The print-mark-sensor distance has been
calculated incorrectly.
• Slip in the system means that the print
marks are not appearing in the mark
window.
