set radius authentication source-ip
Command Mode
Configure
Description
Sets the IP addressed used as the source IP address for Access
Request messages. If 0.0.0.0 is used (default), the Access Request
message will use the IP address of the interface from which the
request is sent. If you set this parameter, you must use an IP address
from one of the IP interfaces on the switch and the IP interface must
be active for RADIUS to function. The former option is simpler from
the switch’s perspective, but it requires additional configuration on
the RADIUS server because each IP address on the switch must be
entered into the “client” file. With the latter option, RADIUS
functionality will be lost if the IP interface becomes inactive.
