Sets the rate limit mode for fast ethernet ports.

Sample Output
The following example sets the rate limit mode for the second fast
ethernet port and ports 7 through 11 on the module in slot 5 of an
Avaya Multiservice switch.
# set port rate-limit-mode 5/2,5/7-11 enable

Name Definition
mod-num Specifies the number of the module where the rate limit
mode for fast ethernet ports are to be set.
mod-port-range Specifies a range of fast ethernet ports whose rate limit
mode is to be set.
