Configure
Description
Enables or disables IEDR on a port.
Syntax
The following example enables IEDR on all ports on the module in
slot 3.

Avaya P550R/P580/P880/P882 Multiservice Switches.
To Set:
set port internal-error-shutdown {
ports} enable
To Disable:
set port internal-error-shutdown {
ports} disable

Explanation
The slot number of the module, and, either port number, or
range of port numbers. Enter the port ranges in the format
Px

. For example:
• To specify port 1 on the module in slot 3, enter 3/1.
• To specify ports 1 through 5 on the module in slot 3, enter
3/1-5.
Enables or disables NEDR on a module in the specified slot in
the switch.
all-ports
Enables or disables NEDR on all ports on all modules in the
switch. all can be used only with off.
