Command Mode
Interface
Description
Sets the dead interval time for neighbors o declare a router down.
Dead interval is the time that hello packets are not seen. To return
to the default time, use the no form of this command.

Sample Output
The following command sets the dead interval time to 60 seconds.
>(config-I:intf3)#ip ospf dead-interval 60
