Sets the name for a port.

Sample Output
The following example sets the name of the seconds port on the
module in slot 3 of an Avaya Multiservice switch.
# set port name 3/2 "Really fast port"
Port name set: 3/2

Name Definition
mod-port-spec Specifies a particular port by its module and port numbers.
port-name Specifies the name to be assigned to the port. If a port name is
not specified, the name of the port is cleared.
