5. To create a new SNMPv3 View Table entry click Add.

6. In the View Name field, enter a descriptive name of this view.
Assign a name that reflects the subtree OID, for example,
“internet.” Enter a unique name of up to 32 alphanumeric
characters.
Note
The “defaultViewAll” value is the default entry for the SNMPv1 and
SNMPv2c configuration. You cannot use the default value for an
SNMPv3 View Table entry.
7. In the Subtree OID field, enter a subtree that this view will or will not
be permitted to display.
You can enter either a numeric value in hex format or the
equivalent text name. For example, the OID hex format for TCP/IP
is:
1.3.6.1.2.1.6
The text format is for TCP/IP is:
tcp
8. In the Subtree Mask field, enter a subtree mask in hexidecimal format.
This is an optional parameter that is used to further refine the
value in the View Subtree parameter. This parameter is in binary
format.
