The Maximum Available Power field displays the maximum
amount of PoE available from the switch for the powered devices
connected to its ports. This value is 400W for the AT-8524POE
switch. This value cannot be changed.
4. In the Power Threshold field, enter the new threshold value as a
percentage of the total available PoE power on the switch. As an
example, to configure the switch to enter an event in the event log
and send an SNMP trap when power consumption exceeds 300 W,
you would enter 75, for 75%.
5. Click Apply.
The new threshold is immediately activated on the switch.
6. To permanently save the change, select the Save Config menu
selection.
