5.5.14.2 SENSe:HISTogram Data Array Commands

The purpose of the SENS:HISTogram group of commands is to return a power or voltage distribution histogram array. The
HISTogram commands return a histogram, which is an array of 16,384 ―bins‖, each one corresponding to a particular power
level, and containing the number of samples that have occurred at that power level.

SENSe:HISTogram:COUNt


Description:

Set or return the number of histogram bins to be returned as data by SENSe:HISTogram:DATA?

Syntax:

SENSe[1|2|3|4|6|7]:HISTogram:COUNt

Argument:

= 1 to 16,384

Valid Modes:

All

SENSe:HISTogram:DATA[:NEXT]?

Description:

Return ―count‖ bin values from the specified channel‘s histogram starting at ―index‖.

Bin values

are 0 to 4,000,000,000.

Syntax:

SENSe[1|2|3|4|6|7]:HISTogram:DATA[:NEXT]?

Argument:

None, query only

Valid Modes:

All

SENSe:HISTogram:INDEX


Description:

Set or return the index of the first histogram bin to be returned as data by SENSe:HIST:DATA?

Syntax:

SENSe[1|2|3|4|6|7]:HISTogram:INDEX

Argument:

= 0 to 16,383 (automatically post-incremented by count)
