5.5.13 REFLine Subsystem

The REFLine group of commands is used to configure and locate horizontal measurement lines (cursors) at specific levels on
the display. Reference lines can also be set to track waveform parameters and marker intersections.

REFLine:ASSIgn

Description:

Set or return the assignment of Reference Line 1 or Reference Line 2 to a channel.

Syntax:

REFLine:ASSIgn

Argument:

= {OFF, ACTIVE, CH1, CH2, TRIG1, TRIG2, MEM1, MEM2}

Valid Modes:

Any.

REFLine:POSItion:LEVel

Description:

Set or return the vertical position (level) of Reference Line 1 or Reference Line 2 in channel
units..

Syntax:

REFLine[1|2]:POSItion:LEVel

Argument:

= –99.00 to +99.00 dBm (typical for dBm units)

Valid Modes:

Any.

REFLine:POSItion:FORCetomk

Description:

Force the position of Reference Line 1 and Reference Line 2 to the intersections, respectively, of
Marker 1 and Marker 2 with the assigned channel‘s waveform. If either (or both) of the markers is
assigned to a different channel or does not intersect the waveform, the corresponding reference
line(s) will not be moved. If Reference Line Tracking is ―On‖, it will override this command.

Syntax:

REFLine:POSItion:FORCetomk

Argument:

None

Valid Modes:

Any.
