out-file
is the printer, spooler, or file location to send the SPRCHECK output to. If omitted,
SPRCHECK output appears on your screen.
sysh-file
is the DSM/SCM history file (syshnnnn) on your system.
The organization of the SPRCHECK output depends on the version of Support Note being checked
against. In both output formats:
• Indentation of products is the same as in the Support Note.
• The SPR listed is the requisite SPR for the RVU for which you are running SPRCHECK.
• The SPRs are categorized based on critical need or potential significant benefits. The newer
output separates SUT-based products and Independent Products.
When used with current Support Notes, SPRCHECK output is similar to:
